Super Bowl Pregame Show 2012: Bob Costas Interviews Madonna

Super Bowl Sunday has been full of festivities and frivolity during the lead-up to Super Bowl XLVI between the New England Patriots and the New York Giants. During the pregame show on NBC, Bob Costas interviewed the headliner of this year's halftime show, Madonna.

Costas, the consummate professional that he is, treated the interview with the trademark gravitas and sense of importance that he brings to every situation, whether it be interviewing a survivor of a spinal injury, or reacting to a colleague riding on a zip-line. Watch below as he brings Madonna the hard-hitting questions.

I'm not sure why it would be surprising that Madonna has never seen Janet Jackson's "wardrobe malfunction." I don't imagine Madonna has watched television since 1994.
