Montario Hardesty gets a touchdown with Trent Richardson out

Richardson left the game with a flank injury, and Hardesty capitalized, giving the Browns the lead

Trent Richardson was running well today, but with the Browns driving, he had to exit the game with a flank injury. Enter Montario Hardesty. The former second-round pick has been injured most of his time as a Brown and fumble prone when he was healthy, but he looks fresh in relief duty against the Bengals.

That touchdown gave the Browns a six point lead, and after a Bengals field goal, the Browns' offense struck again, ending in a Ben Watson touchdown from Brandon Weeden.

Richardson's return is probable, but with a two-score lead and Hardesty chugging along, he may not need to come back into the game. The lone winless team in the NFL just might find a way to get a victory without its best offensive player on the field.
