New Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam will name former Philadelphia Eagles executive Joe Banner as Cleveland's CEO/president, according to reports.

Earlier Tuesday, NFL owners unanimously approved Jimmy Haslam, 32-0, as new owner of the Cleveland Browns, according to SB Nation's Ryan Van Bibber. Only 24 votes were needed to approve the deal. Haslam originally agreed to buy the team on Aug. 2 for approximately $1 billion.

With Haslam officially becoming owner, a shakeup in management atop the Browns has begun. Via ESPNNFL:

There are conflicting reports as to the ultimate fate of current Browns' president Mike Holmgren. ESPN's Ed Werder is reporting that Holmgren will be out within 24 hours, while his colleague Adam Schefter says Holmgren will retire at the end of the season.

Banner was president of the Philadelphia Eagles from 2001 to June 2012. He had been part of the Philadelphia organization since his childhood friend Jeffrey Lurie purchased the team in 1994.
