Somebody get the Browns' defense an extra tall glass of water. After remaining on the field for seven and a half minutes, Cleveland's defense allowed a rushing touchdown to Colts rookie Andrew Luck, giving Indianapolis the early 7-0 lead.
Indy used a balanced mix of runs and passes to keep the Browns guessing, relying on a heavy dose of Reggie Wayne and Vick Ballard, who had 37 yards on the drive. Ballard is starting his second game for the injured Donald Brown and already has six touches.
But the main weapon for the Colts was Luck, who went 4-4 for 67 yards and the three-yard touchdown run on the drive. After a tough week against the Jets which included two pick-sixes called back due to penalties, Luck should be a lot more comfortable against the porous Cleveland defense.
