AP got his first rushing touchdown since week one on Minnesota's second drive
A healthy Adrian Peterson is good for the NFL. But he's even better for fantasy football owners. The elusive and powerful back has a tasty matchup at home against the Arizona Cardinals, reeling from the loss of starting quarterback Kevin Kolb. After the Vikings' first drive stalled, Peterson looked strong on the team's next possession, using a big 27-yard run in which he took would-be tacklers for a ride, to get Minnesota rolling.
Thanks in large part to a big Cardinals penalty, the Vikings were in the redzone, and Peterson found paydirt for the first time since week one on a 13-yard touchdown run.
The Cardinals are going to have a hard time scoring today with starters Kolb and Beanie Wells out, so expect a heavy dose of Peterson all day.
