Fans and the media have been tough on Greg Little this season, and for good reason: the Browns wide receiver has had more drops than Saturday at the Ultra Music Festival. But the second-year pro out of North Carolina made a tough catch with style in the back of the endzone, cutting the Colts lead to 7-6 after a missed extra point.
Both rookie quarterbacks had strong first drives. Andrew Luck was perfect and picked up a rushing touchdown, while Brandon Weeden was 6-8 for 69 yards and the touchdown throw, including a 13-yard rush of his own on 3rd and 11 that extended the Browns' drive.
The Browns converted first downs on three 3rd and 10 or longer plays to keep pace with the Colts. The two opening drives took the entirety of the first quarter.
