Jay Cutler led the Bears to an ugly win over the Panthers. We break down the fantasy implications.

Chicago Bears QB Jay Cutler had another rough week for fantasy owners. Against the Carolina Panthers in Week 8, Cutler completed 19 of 28 passes for just 186 yards, one TD and one INT, for an 83.3 QB Rating. Cutler was flat-out awful in the first half, with only 40 yards and the pick.

He was better in the second half, as he rallied the troops for a 23-22 comeback win.

Fantasy Impact: Another frustrating day for fantasy owners. Cutler was sacked six times and looked utterly lost at times, and needed a big performance from the Bears D (including a pick six) to come out ahead.

The Bears take on the Titans' defense in Week 9 as Cutler remains a low-end QB2 play.
