The Indianapolis Colts have begun a #Chuckstrong campaign to raise money for leukemia research in honor of head coach Chuck Pagano
The Indianapolis Colts are selling "Chuckstrong" t-shirts in tribute of head coach Chuck Pagano and as a fundraiser for leukemia research. Pagano was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia last week and is unlikely to coach again this season.
The t-shirts read "Chuckstrong" across the front and include the Colts logo and an orange ribbon. On the back they read, "Don't worry coach...We got this." The term "Chuckstrong" is also posted in several spots throughout Lucas Oil Stadium. From @indianapoliscolts on Instagram:
The Colts opponent Sunday, the Green Bay Packers, have also joined the cause. ESPN's Rachel Nichols tweeted a picture of Packers players wearing Chuckstrong shirts of their own, however, in green and yellow instead of the Colts' blue and white.
The Chuckstrong campaign will include t-shirts, posters, blood drives, wristbands and much more. More information on the campaign, as well as information on how to get involved, can be found at the Indianapolis Colts official website.
