The Los Angeles Lakers' center has a new nickname for himself.
Dwight Howard gave a mid-game interview with the Los Angeles Lakers' broadcasters during the team's preseason game against the Golden State Warriors. During the interview, Howard declared that he is now "Iron Man," not "Superman." Which is funny, because:
- Superman would probably kick Iron Man's ass.
- Howard was not playing because he's still recovering from a back injury.
Also funny: Howard's attempt to compare his teammates to comic book superheroes.
He just said Kobe is Batman, MWP is the Hulk, and Steve Nash, AKA Canada's greatest basketball player ever, is Captain America.

I can forgive the mixing of Marvel and D.C. comics. I don't know if I can forgive him for Captain Canada somehow becoming Captain America. Glad to have you back, Dwight!
