Thursday night was our first chance to hear Gregg Popovich do a nationally-televised mid-quarter sideline interview ... and let's just say it didn't disappoint. It all started when David Aldridge asked a seemingly innocent question about whether he was "happy" with the Spurs' improved shot selection. Away we go.
"Happy? Happy's not a word we think about during a game. Think of something different. I don't know how to judge happy. We're in the middle of a contest. Nobody's happy."
I would very much enjoy Popovich being my high school English teacher.
