Seattle limited the Jets to 185 total yards, allowed no points, forced three turnovers, recorded three sacks and shut down New York on third downs.
Body-blow after body-blow by Marshawn Lynch in the 2nd half finally wore the Jets D down until they succumbed to a couple of big haymakers by Seattle's pass offense that put the game away for good.
Seattle's wide receivers, namely Sidney Rice and Golden Tate, made big plays all afternoon. Along with reeling in a 38-yard touchdown reception, Tate also tossed a passing score to Rice in the fourth quarter.
The win improves the Seahawks record at home to 5-0 as they head into their bye week, where they'll look to improve on their offense. Seattle will return to action to face the Miami Dolphins on the road on Nov. 25.
