Mike Wallace made an amazing catch. Dwayne Bowe almost did, too!
Monday night's game between the Steelers and the Chiefs featured one spectacular touchdown catch and one almost-spectacular non-touchdown almost-catch. We wanted to put them side by side for you, so you could see the differences between the Steelers and the Chiefs at a glance. Think of this as Goofus and Gallant, but with handegg.
Steelers: Make a touchdown
Chiefs: Drop a football
Steelers: Make a spectacular play.
Chiefs: Fall down like your legs are breaking and then get landed on by a huge dude.
Steelers: CATCH A FOOTBALL WITH YOUR DANG GROIN.
Chiefs: Fingers just too dang greasy from all that popcorn he just ate.
Steelers: Remain cool under pressure.
Chiefs: Even in GIF form, appear to be screaming "A BLUH BLUH BLUH BLUH."
Steelers: Not the Chiefs.
Chiefs: Woefully, irrevocably the Chiefs.
We hope that this exercise has been enlightening. Please continue to stare at the above image for hours and not get any work done. That's sort of what we're going for.
