From the GIF, it looks like this young Atlanta Hawks fan is excited about candy. A Hawks cheerleader is carrying a tray of a kid's dream in the form of a ton of candy. There's a little of everything, and after making his selection, the young man ogles.
It honestly looks like he's just excited about the tray. Maybe he thought he made the wrong choice and saw something better. And then you see the still shots and that theory is shot down quickly.

A quick check of Google turns up a Myspace page (no, really!) that appears to belong to Al Horford. And on that page is a photo captioned "me and my little brother christian"
Yeah, this young man is sneaky. He's now Internet famous, as well.
