First post at Santa Anita on Breeders' Cup Saturday is 1:05pm ET, with the first Breeders' Cup race heading to post at 2:50pm.
One day down with one more to go.The two-day thoroughbred championships got started on Friday afternoon and continue all day Saturday at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California. The first race on the card kicks off at 1:05pm ET, with the first Breeders' Cup race (the Juvenile Turf) going to post at 2:50pm. The $5 million Breeders' Cup Classic, the richest horse race in North America, will load into the gate at 8:30pm.
NBC and NBC Sport Network will televise all fifteen 2012 Breeders' Cup races. All of the non-Classic races on Saturday can be viewed on NBCSN, while NBC will provide coverage of the Breeders' Cup Classic beginning at 8:00pm The Breeders' Cup also offers free streaming of this year's event on the official iPad and iPhone app.
