If item No. 9 on Derek Dooley's "Top 10 reasons to embrace (or fear) professional transitions)" list is firing a lawyer shot (a shot for lawyers) at fellow lawyer Clay Travis (they're both lawyers), good Lord, I can't imagine what Nos. 1 or 2 will be. Dooley's kicking ass and eating lawyer food, and he's all out of lawyer food, y'all.
