Both Juan Manuel Marquez and Manny Pacquiao hit the scales in Las Vegas to make things official ahead of their fourth and final bout tonight in Las Vegas. Pacquiao hit the welterweight limit of 147 pounds while Marquez checked in at 143. While Marquez was the lighter man, he certainly didn't look to be the smaller man, having clearly bulked up well since his ill fated trip up in weight against Floyd Mayweather.
After the weigh-in, Marquez said that he did not feel that the muscle would help or hurt him much, it was going to be his intelligence and skills that would dictate the outcome. Pacquiao, meanwhile, dedicated the fight to victims of the storm affecting the Philippines.
