The Indianapolis Colts improved to 9-4 on the season following a 27-23 victory over the Tennessee Titans.
Despite a slow start to the game, the Indianapolis Colts were able to come back from an early deficit to defeat the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, winning by a final score of 27-23.
The Colts trailed, 20-7, going into the break, but put up 14 straight points in the third quarter and held Tennessee to a field goal in the second half.
Kicker Adam Vinatieri was the difference-maker down the stretch, knocking in field goals from 53 and 40 yards out.
Fantasy studs and duds
Tennessee wide receiver Kenny Britt put together his best game of the season, hauling in eight catches for 143 yards.
Indianapolis wide receiver Reggie Wayne also put together a solid performance, picking up 64 yards and a touchdown.
The Titans got very little from running back Chris Johnson, who accumulated 44 rushing yards on 19 carries. He added three catches for 15 yards, but failed to reach the endzone.
Colts quarterback Andrew Luck struggled a bit, throwing for 196 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions. He also lost a fumble.
Did they cover?
The Colts entered the game as 3.5 point favorites against the Titans, meaning they did cover by the slimmest of margins.
What's next?
The Colts will travel to Houston next Sunday for a big divisional matchup against the Texans, and the Titans have a Monday Night Football matchup against the New York Jets.
