PC's mock 3.0

It's been a while since my last one, so there are a lot of changes (thanks heavily to the combine and FA). Let me know how you feel about the picks.

  1. Indianapolis: QB Andre Luck (Obvious)
  2. Washington: QB Robert Griffen III (Obvious)
  3. Minnesota: OT Matt Kalil (Biggest need, BPA)
  4. Cleveland: WR Justin Blackmon (surround McCoy with elite Talent)
  5. Tampa Bay: CB Morris Claiborne (BPA and a need)
  6. *Traded to Seattle for #12 and #43: DE Quinton Coples (Rams missed Blackmon and push hard to move down, they sell Seattle on the idea of moving up over Jax for best pass rusher)
  7. Jacksonville: DE Melvin Ingram (Not a bad consolation prize)
  8. Miami: OT Riley Reiff (Now isnt the time to reach on a QB)
  9. Traded to Cleveland for #22 and #37: RB Trent Richardson (Carolina is eager to move down and Cleveland see's the rare opportunity to get the 2 best play makers in the draft)
  10. Buffalo: OT Jonathan Martin (breaking the bank on Williams they now upgrade the offense)
  11. Kansas City: OG David DeCastro (most talented player available)
  12. St. Louis: WR Michael Floyd (Reliable play maker for Bradford)
  13. Arizona: OLB Courtney Upshaw (Need to help the pass rusher)
  14. Dallas: CB Dre Kirkpatric (They signed Carr but are still weak in the secondary. Dre has good value and can switch to FS if it doesnt work out at CB)
  15. Philadelphia: MLB Luke Kuechly (great player that adds instincts and leadership)
  16. New York Jets: DE/OLB Nick Perry (Athletic pass rusher)
  17. Cincinnati: CB Janoris Jenkins (Cinci doesnt shy away from character players, immense talent upgrades CB position)
  18. San Diego: OLB Whitney Mercilus (pass rush specialist helps get pressure)
  19. Chicago: OT Mike Adams (got some weapons, now they need protection for Cutler)
  20. Tennessee: DT Devon Still (they dont get stuck in combine hype and take a reliable big DT who can rush the passer)
  21. Cincinnati: OG/OT Cordy Glenn (Versatile player adds to young offense)
  22. Carolina: DT Fletcher Cox (Athletic DT who can give pressure form the inside)
  23. Detroit: OG Kevin Zeitler (improves a bad interior O-line)
  24. Pittsburgh: DT Dontari Poe (Hampton is getting old, Poe will take duty being the big man inside)
  25. Denver: C Peter Konz (Peyton is gonna need some protection)
  26. Houston: WR Stephen Hill (take a chance on Hill who can become a dominant deep threat to play along with Johnson)
  27. New England: DE Michael Brockers (shore up the defensive front with a high potential player)
  28. Green Bay: OLB Bruce Irvin (Pack takes a chance on Irvin who could become a dominant pass rusher with some refining)
  29. Baltimore: Mark Barron (has great value at this point and gives talent to play with Reed)
  30. San Francisco: OG Kelechi Osemele (not many needs, SF helps bolster the O-Line)
  31. Traded to Carolina along with #48 for #37 and #40: OLB Zack Brown (NE loves to move back and the Panthers move up to snag local talent)
  32. New York Giants: TE Coby Fleener (best player at NYG's biggest weakness)
