The GIF Bracket, Round 2: Can 'Mortified Michigan Punter' Spazz His Way To A Title?

Welcome to Round 2 of the Animated GIF Bracket. The original field of 64 entrants has been whittled down to 32, and by the end of this week, we'll have 16.

Competition has been stiff. Here, for example, are a couple of GIFs that were eliminated in Round 1:
