I put this together in a relatively short amount of time. I think this is a pretty realistic potential draft.
Seattle moves up for Tannehill (7 and 101 for 12 and 43)
Jets move up for Ingram (12 for 16 and 77)
Miami moves back into the first for Weeden (31 and 126 for 42 and 73)
IND Andrew Luck Indy needs a QB now that Manning is playing for the Broncos
WAS Robert Griffin III Shanahan has not had the QB he needs to succeed as coach in Washington
MIN Matt Kalil Minnesota realizes they must protect Ponder, and Kalil is the best guy to do that
CLE Justin Blackmon Get McCoy weapons and see if he can actually be the answer at QB
TB Trent Richardson Good value at CB later on, TB gets the best RB entering the NFL since A.P.
STL Morris Claiborne Rams need a CB and are thrilled the top guy falls
***SEA** Ryan Tannehill With Flynn on the team, Seattle can afford to let Tannehill sit and learn. He could turn out to be REALLY good
MIA Quinton Coples Miami could really use an elite DE to anchor the line, and Coples could very well be just that
CAR Fletcher Cox Underwhelming rookie DTs last year convinces Rivera to snag the top one early this year
BUF Michael Floyd Stevie Johnson is simply put not enough of a receiving threat. Floyd and Johnson should be domiannt
KC David DeCastro Massive upgrade on the interior O-Line. Elite G if there ever has been one
***NYJ*** Melvin Ingram Jets NEED a pass rusher and Ingram is the best 3-4 pass rusher in the draft
ARZ Luke Kuechly Pair Kuechly with Bradley and all of a sudden this defense is looking really solid up front
DAL Mark Barron A secondary desperately needing an upgrade happily snags the top SS in the draft
PHI Michael Brockers DT is probably the biggest area of concern on the defense now that DeMeco is an Eagle
***JAX*** Stephon Gilmore You can never have too many good CBs in the NFL. Gene Smith grabs the top guy on his board
CIN Cordy Glenn A really great interior lineman to help a team desperately needing interior O-Line help
SD Courtney Upshaw Pass rush has been lacking in San Diego, and Upshaw should be able to fix that
CHI Whitney Mercilus Chicago wanted Jeremy Mincey. Mercilus is a similar player to Mincey
TEN Dre Kirkpatrick Finnegan leaves, and Tennessee replaces him with an extremely talented CB
CIN Nick Perry Pass rush needed and Perry is quite effective at generating one
CLE Riley Reiff Now that McCoy has a nice new weapon, how about giving him an insane set of bookends at T protecting him
DET Jonathan Martin Detroit could use an upgrade at T, and Martin happens to also be BAP at the spot.
PIT Dontari Poe Facing Ngata twice a year only reinforces how beneficial a good NT can be for a defense. Hampton is old and needs to be replaced.
DEN Devon Still Getting Manning another weapon would be nice, but DT is a need and Still is going to be a very good player
HOU Don't'a Hightower Demeco Ryans who?!! Houston gets a fantastic player to replace Ryans
NE Shea McClellin McClellin is rising, and his versatility is going to be very appealing to the Pats
GB Chandler Jones Jones is a first round talent in my mind, and Ted Thompson will be ecstatic to get a guy like Jones to play opposite Matthews
BAL Stephen Hill If Flacco really wants to show the world how good he actually is, a potentially elite WR will certainly help him out.
SF Coby Fleener Harbaugh just needs to get as many weapons for this offense as possible, and his former TE from Stanford is the best bet for the team at the pick
***MIA*** Brandon Weeden Weeden might be on the "old" side for a rookie, but he is very good. He is better than what Miami has and should be a good NFL starter for the next 7 years or so
NYG Alshon Jeffery BAP and helps fill the void created when Manningham bolted for the Niners.
STL Kendall Wright Get Bradford a nice weapon at WR
IND Janoris Jenkins First round talent at CB to help a defense seriously in need of a CB (or two)
MIN Rueben Randle Ponder has protection. Now get him a weapon to throw to
TB Jerel Worthy DT is a spot in need of an upgrade, and Worthy is a borderline first round talent who should be that upgrade.
CLE Andre Branch Cleveland should consider a RB, but Branch is too good to pass up. Should help generate a consistent pass rush for the Browns defense.
JAX Peter Konz Meester is probably in his final year, and Konz is a fantastic player who could start straight away if needed.
STL Mike Adams St. Louis could use upgrades at OT and despite all of his issues, Adams is a solid player who could very much help out this offensive line.
CAR Mohamed Sanu Carolina could use a WR to put opposite Steve Smith
BUF Bobbie Massie Losing Bell, Buffalo could use another T to protect Fitzpatrick
***NE*** Harrison Smith Smith is a very good SS who should immediately help out the Patriot secondary
***JAX*** Brian Quick Jaguars desperately need a WR, and Quick is one of those lesser known guys Gene Smith probably loves
KC Josh Robinson Routt is probably not the long term answer, but even if he is, you can never have too many good CBs in the NFL these days
DAL Vinny Curry A consistent pass rusher opposite Ware would be much appreciated in Dallas
PHI Zach Brown OLB is a position that needs upgrading, and Brown is going to become a fantastic one.
NYJ Chris Givens Sanchez needs help if he is going to keep his job over Tebow
NE Kendall Reyes A nice defensive lineman who presents some versatility that Belichick covets in his D-Lineman
SD Kevin Zeitler With the retirement of Kris Dielman, SD needs a G to replace him
CHI Alfonzo Dennard Chicago could use some help in the secondary, and Dennard is too good to pass up at this point
PHI Dwayne Allen More of a value selection, although Celek and Allen could be a really nice duo for this offense.
TEN Brandon Thompson Leger Douzable certainly is not a suitable replacement for Jason Jones. Thompson is.
CIN Doug Martin The Bengals could use a RB and Martin is the best RB available
DET Jayron Hosley One area the Lions defense still is lacking in is at CB. Hosley is an immediate upgrade.
ATL Ben Jones Eventual replacement for McClure, but can play G until then
PIT Kelechi Osemele Steelers need to upgrade their offensive line, and Osemele can play G or even swing out to play RT if needed
DEN David Wilson Manning could really benefit from a good running game
HOU Mitchell Schwartz Houston parted ways with its RT and needs a new one
GB Jared Crick Green Bay needs a DE for their 3-4, and Crick is an ideal candidate for the spot
BAL Ronnell Lewis An immediate upgrade to the Baltimore pass rush.
SF Juron Criner Can't count on Randy Moss doing much, so an upgrade at WR is still a must for this team
NE Bruce Irvin A versatile player who is yet another upgrade for the pretty pitiful Patriot defense
NYG Lamar Miller Excellent player to split the load with Bradshaw
