Welcome to the inaugural installment of THIS WEEK IN GIFs, a celebration of the greatest animated GIFs of the last seven days. We at SB Nation love GIFs, in part because videos do not exist on the Internet and this is all we have, and in part because they're able to succinctly and elegantly capture the greatest and funniest sports moments.

This is the dark horse of the contest. Remember how "Home Improvement" used all those weird, sophisticated transitions and screen wipes? That's Zach Randolph. There's the comedic scene of Marc Gasol's "beat people up with your torso" defense, and then Z-Bo wipes across the screen, mugging Blake Griffin. Cut to Tim Taylor in the kitchen, trying to figure out how to remove a crudely-sawn chunk of plywood that is Krazy-glued to his forehead (which will be the Grizzlies' off-season, basically).
