The Spurs and Clippers will meet for Game 1 of their second-round series Tuesday at 9:30 p.m. ET.
On Tuesday, the Spurs and Clippers will meet in San Antonio for Game 1 of their best-of-seven game series.
San Antonio is fresh off their four-game sweep of the Jazz in the first round. They should be well rested, not having played since May 7. Tony Parker led the Spurs in their series with Utah, averaging 21.0 points and 6.5 assists per game. San Antonio used a deep rotation during their first series, with only Parker and Tim Duncan averaging more than 30 minutes per game.
On the other hand, the Clippers needed seven games to get past the Grizzlies and will have just one day of rest after playing Game 7 on Sunday. They also enter the series with the Spurs with multiple injury concerns. Blake Griffin is less than 100 percent with a left knee sprain while Chris Paul battled a hip injury in round one. Caron Butler played the final five games of the Grizzlies series with a broken left hand.
Tuesday's Game 1 will tip off at 9:30 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on TNT
