In round eight of the HBO pay-per-view bout between Manny Pacquiao and Timothy Bradley, it was Bradley getting into "needs a miracle" territory.
He came out looking to work the jab initially, with Manny walking forward, stalking much the same as he had through the rest of the fight.
Bradley was able to uncork a few punches, and did appear to hurt Pacquiao a bit finally, but wasn't able to jump on him and really take advantage. Bradley actually looked like he was in control of this round and actually took this as the first round I've given him thus far in the fight.
Much of that may have just been that Manny was coasting and taking a bit of an "off round" heading into the final section of the bout.
