First overall picks will take center stage on Sunday afternoon as Sam Bradford and the Indianapolis Colts welcome Andrew Luck and his Indianapolis Colts to the NFL in preseason action.
Watching football on Sundays has become a tradition for most American households but, unfortunately, the NFL preseason doesn't offer many opportunities for that to occur. Fortunately there is one game being played this Sunday, though, and it'll even be televised live on the NFL Network.
First overall pick Andrew Luck will make his debut with the Indianapolis Colts against the St. Louis Rams as the quarterback attempts to make fans forget about the Peyton Manning era. Luck will meet one of his first overall pick predecessors, too, as 2010's Sam Bradford will start for the Rams.
For those out there watching this game because there's money on the line and not the first quarter QB battle, the latest NFL odds indicate that the Colts are slight 2-point favorites.
Game Date/Time: Sunday, Aug.12; 1:30 p.m. ET
Location: Lucas Oil Stadium; Indianapolis
TV Schedule
National: NFL Network
