Chad Johnson Arrested: VH1 Cancels 'Ev & Ocho' Reality Show

After being arrested Saturday night, Chad Johnson lost his job as a Miami Dolphins wide receiver.

Now, he's also lost his upcoming reality show entitled "Ev & Ocho" that was scheduled to air on VH1. According to the New York Times, the TV station has tabled the 11 episodes it has filmed instead of airing them as scheduled, starting on September 3.

Johnson was taken into police custody over the weekend after allegedly headbutting his wife when she questioned a receipt for condoms that she discovered in his car.

Johnson's wife, Evelyn Lozada, already has plenty of experience being in the limelight. She was one of the stars on the series "Basketball Wives" which also was a VH1 production. Before meeting Johnson, she was engaged to ex-NBA player Antoine Walker.

VH1 says they have no "current plans" to air the show.

However, that's a far cry from actually declaring the possibility dead.
