Trumedia keeps track of what happens when hitters swing at such "non-competitive" pitches, defined as offerings that are thrown at least 18 inches away from the center of the strike zone.

There are hackers, and then there are the guys who chase pitches a foot-and-a-half away from the strike zone. You'd be surprised at who's in the latter category.
