In the first-ever GIF Tournament, we decided that Jose Constanza's swing was the worst ever. That may still be true, but this is surely a close second.

Swinging at a pitchout is bad form. Check-swinging at a pitchout is really bad form. Check-swinging at a pitchout and stepping across the plate and into the other batter's box ... I'm pretty sure that means you can't take communion anymore.
