OK, hot shot. It's the qualifying rounds of the Little League World Series. You're on the mound. The score's tight; the stakes are high. The game is potentially on the line at every twist and turn. Some gangly goofball strides to the plate with a gleam in his eye like he's about to take you yard. Nuh-uh. Not in my neutral ballpark, pal. You don't like the cut of this kid's jib. Time to give him a little chin music. A little high-and-tight. A little up-and-in.
OH NO. LOOK OUT, KID.
POW, right in the chop. BING, off the wrist. FLOOM goes the kid's mouthpiece (or maybe just his top row of teeth, flying off into the dirt like yesterday's cabbage).
I can't decide what the best (worst) part of this GIF is. Perhaps it is the bean-ee's head flying away from the baseball. Perhaps it is the catcher's half-hearted reach for this face-seeker.
OR MAYBE IT IS THE CHILD WHO HAS BEEN PLASTERED IN THE FACE WITH A BASEBALL.
Hard to tell.
