Billy Butler and Salvador Perez hit back-to-back homers off of Ernesto Frieri to give the Royals a 3-2 comeback victory.
Jeremy Guthrie nearly matched Greinke pitch for pitch as he only allowed a home run to Kendrys Morales leading off the fifth and a Torii Hunter RBI single in the 8th. Kelvin Herrera worked a scoreless ninth and earned the victory.
It was Frieri's third blown save and first loss of the season. Butler's homer was his 27th of the season and it was Perez's 11th.
