New Spurs Uniforms Are Fundamentally Awful

To be fair to the San Antonio Spurs, it's hard to make black and white look exciting. They're working with a handicap that Oregon, for example, doesn't have to worry about. That said ...

... maybe it's better to keep things simple when that is the alternative. The Spurs can be proud of creating the first NBA uniform without any writing or additional design on the front, but when the result is a lot of empty gray space, is it really that much of an accomplishment?
