Stay connected with SB Nation

Central Michigan took the air out of Iowa's season with a 47-yard field goal to give the Chippewas a 31-29 win over the Hawkeyes in Iowa City.

The Chips recovered an onside kick and were aided by a personal foul and delay of game penalty to get in field goal range with just a smattering of seconds remaining.
