Whoa hey what am I looking at here? Easy there, Will Beatty. Just settle down with that facemask there. We know you loved The Dark Knight Rises but that's no reason to wear Rob Liefeld's approximation of what he thinks a football facemask would look like.

How would you even ask for something like that from Riddell or whoever? "YEAH JUST MAKE IT LOOK LIKE A CAGE. HUH? NO AS MANY BARS AS YOU CAN. AND LIKE A VISOR TOO. CAN YOU PUT KNIVES ON IT? MANNNN, NOT EVEN ONE? WELL OKAY BUT JUST MAKE IT LOOK LIKE SNAKE-EYES' FACE THANKS."

Alfred Morris' touchdown celebration is confusing

In the second quarter of Sunday's game between the Washington Redskins and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, running back Alfred Morris scored a pretty phenomenal touchdown.

Bigal_medium

Heck yeah, look at him go!

Afterward, Morris celebrated in a ... similarly unique fashion.

Bigal2_medium

Looks like he's not really sure what he was going for there. We're getting mixed messages over here, Al. At first glance, it looks like the Jimmy Carson golf swing and a salute, but then it looks like he's actually pantomiming a home run and watching it leave the ballpark. Then he ... holds up three fingers on each hand? Is it a three-run homer? That's kind of a weird and specific thing to mime. Is he celebrating scoring six points? There's no six-run homer in baseball, Al. What are you doing here?

Stop confusing us, Alfred. Just keep scrambling for radical touchdowns. Work on that celebration. Get back to us. You're off to a solid start.

Jake Locker injured

Jake Locker has left the field due to an injury sustained in the first quarter of Sunday's game against the Houston Texans. Defensive back Quin Glover came off the edge untouched, and Locker didn't see the safety coming. Recent reports list the Tennessee Titans' QB as questionable.

Locker_medium

This is the second injury Locker has sustained in the 2012 season, and in both occasions to his left shoulder. This is very concerning for the Titans and their young QB in his first year of having the keys turned over to him. Earlier this season he left the game in week two against the San Diego Chargers, when he was injured, also on a big hit.

In his absence it will be on veteran Matt Hasselbeck to right the ship, against a vaunted Texans pass rush. Last year Hasselbeck was successful in as a starter, as he was given the role of bridging the gap to the Locker era They currently trail Houston 7-to-0 early in the game.
