Senior quarterback Tyler Wilson has been sidelined for the second half of Arkansas' game against Louisiana-Monroe.
Various outlets are reporting that Wilson may have suffered a concussion. The school will only tell reporters that Wilson suffered an "injury above the shoulders."
Wilson left the game after completing 11 of 20 passes for 196 yards and two touchdowns. Against Jacksonville State last week, Wilson completed 19 of 27 passes for 367 yards and three touchdowns. He was replaced by redshirt freshamn Brandon Allen.
If indeed it is a concussion, that will be a serious red flag for Wilson leading up to the NFL Draft. He suffered a concussion early last season. Wilson is a hard-nosed quarterback who doesn't mind taking a hit. If he keeps taking them this season, though, it may negatively impact his NFL Draft stock.
Arkansas plays top-ranked Alabama next week.
