An entire section of fans was arrested during Chargers-Raiders

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

The Chargers and Raiders fought on the field on Sunday and their fans fought in the stands. Only one of those groups was arrested.

The Oakland Raiders are known for having the most over-the-top and aggressive fanbase in the NFL. San Diego Chargers fans are known for -- wait, there are Chargers fans? SINCE WHEN

At any rate, emotions were running high (I guess) on Sunday, during the (mercifully) final game of the season. It was a completely irrelevant, meaningless game between two woeful teams. So naturally, an entire section of fans in the nosebleeds got into a 10-minute-long fight, prompting the arrest of nearly every ticketholder in the vicinity.

Busted Coverage has the full story, including some amusing stills and an "after" shot of the depleted section. BUT YOU CAME HERE TO SEE A FIGHT!

Never change, frustrated fanbases. Never change.
