Let's just say Paul got revenge on what Bryant did to him earlier in the game.
The crazy thing about this halftime buzzer beater by Chris Paul is that it's a pretty routine move by his standards. Remember when he did this to Gordon Hayward of the Utah Jazz a couple weeks back? Looks pretty similar to the move you see above on Kobe Bryant. Let's just say Paul got revenge on what Bryant did to him earlier in the game.
Outside of that shot, Paul has 12 points and 11 assists at halftime as the Clippers lead, 61-51, at halftime. Paul has dominated the flow of the game, though the Lakers have gone on some runs to at least keep the game interesting. The Lakers' leaky defense has caused a ton of breakdowns, especially at the point guard position. Nobody can guard Paul normally. The Lakers' guards? Give me a break.
The only reason the Lakers are even this close is because of Bryant, Dwight Howard and reserve forward Jordan Hill, who have 14, 13 and 12 points, respectively. Unless they can contain Paul, though, they won't win.
