Brooklyn Nets forward Andray Blatche will not be charged with any crime after being questioned by police in connection with a sexual assault allegation, a Philadelphia police chief told Wendy Ruderman of the New York Times. Commissioner Charles Ramsey told Ruderman that Blatche "was not personally involved in any kind of assault of anything like that."

Blatche was questioned by police as part of an investigation into an assault allegation that took place at 4 a.m. Tuesday morning in a Philadelphia hotel room, according to CBS Radio Philadelphia. Blatche was in the hotel suite at the time of the alleged crime, but was not in the room, according to NBC Philadelphia.

Blatche sent out a message on his Twitter account saying "Im ok and I didn't do anything jus was n the area when it happened" on Tuesday afternoon. He has since deleted the tweet.

The Nets say that all players, including Blatche, are expected to be available when they play the Philadelphia 76ers on Tuesday night.
