UCLA vs. Washington betting odds and trends: Line moving towards Huskies for close game

Casey Sapio-USA TODAY Sports

The line started at about a touchdown, but has since moved to within a field goal.

UCLA and Washington square off in what should be a good Pac-12 contest, despite what may appear to be disparities with where the teams stand in the BCS rankings.

The Bruins are ranked No. 13 in the BCS standings while the 6-3 Huskies are unranked, but Vegas seems to think it will be a close game. The line began with UCLA as a 6.5-point favorite, but it has since moved in Washington's favor. The Bruins are now favored by just 2.5 points.

In their last 14 games on the road, Washington is 4-10 against-the-spread. In their last 15 games at home, UCLA is 10-5 against-the-spread.'

UCLA has found quite a lot of success against Washington over the past decade or so, winning eight of their last ten matchups and 11 of their last 14 against the Huskies. Washington has covered the spread in the last two matchups between the two programs, but UCLA is 9-4-1 against-the-spread in the last 14 matchups between the two schools.
