Marshawn Lynch still beast mode for fantasy owners

Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch runs against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Joe Nicholson-USA TODAY Sports

Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch rushed for 125 yards but did not score in the Week 9 overtime win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. We bring you the fantasy implications here.

Seatle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch rushed for 125 yards on 21 carries for a 6.0 yards per carry average in the Week 9 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in overtime. He didn't find the end zone however as Russell Wilson had the only rushing touchdown of the game for Seattle but he did add four catches for 16 yards. On the year, Lynch has 167 carries for 726 yards and six touchdowns. He is averaging 4.35 yards per carry. He also has 181 receiving yards and one receiving touchdown.

Fantasy impact: Lynch rebounded from a terrible fantasy performance in Week 8 against the St. Louis Rams with a strong game for fantasy owners. Robert Turbin got eight carries and rushed for 37 yards but Lynch's role as the feature back in Seattle isn't in doubt. He remains a must start in all fantasy leagues. The Seahawks will face the Atlanta Falcons and their 19th ranked run defense in Week 10.
