1. Anaheim Ducks vs. New York Rangers

Details: Monday, November 4 @ 7:30 PM ET - Madison Square Garden - New York, NY

Watch Here: NBCSN with XFINITY

Why Watch: A cross-conference clash between the Ducks and Rangers begins our week on #5ToFollow. The Ducks have looked like the NHL's elite early on and are tied for tops in the league on away ice (6-3-1 road record). Corey Perry has been on a recent tear; totaling three goals and three assist in his past five. While Perry has come up big, the Rangers have the ultimate equalizer in all-world goalie Henrik Lundqvist. Henrik is hot, with two-straight and allowing 1 goal per game in his last three. Will Lundqvist be the stopper we know him to be, or is Monday night made for a quack attack in the Big Apple?

2. Chicago Bears vs. Green Bay Packers

Details: Monday, November 4 @ 8:30 PM ET - Lambeau Field - Green Bay, WI

Watch Here: ESPN on XFINITY

Why Watch: There are good games and then there is Monday Night Football - Bears vs. Packers! Aaron Rodgers has been the key to the Packs offense, but now they've got a run game and Eddie Lacy can't be stopped. The Rookie RB is running wild on opposing defenses, averaging 99 rush ypg over this last four contests. While Lacy looks like the juggernaut, the Bears have an amazing RB of their own - Mr. Matt Forte. Forte does it with his legs (533 rush yds) and with his hands (262 receiving yards). These two tailbacks will look to lead their team to a clutch division victory on the #MNF stage, don't miss it.

Why Watch: The #5ToFollow action on the ice continues Tuesday night in North Carolina, as the puck drops in the Metro Division matchup between the Flyers and Canes. Philly is looking to make headlines for plays not punches, and a second consecutive road win in the division will do just that. Ray Emery is coming off his first shutout of the year, but the Hurricanes have brought a vet in to bolster their play. Manny Malhotra will look to help the Canes get back on the winning track. One team out for a new identity, the other hungry for a win, this has all the makings of a solid matchup on NBCSN Tuesday night.
