Williams spent the last three seasons with the Eskimos, compiling 111 tackles and 11 interceptions, and he was named as CFL West Division all-star in 2011. During that season, Williams had 44 tackles and six interceptions. He played his college football at Alcorn State, and with a listed 40-yard dash time of 4.53 at the 2010 NFL Combine, he could provide help as a kick returner in addition to his duties on defense.
