Very, very bad.
This rather grisly photo sent out to Twitter by the Lexington Herald-Leader shows why Nerlens Noel had to be carried off the floor during Kentucky's loss to Florida on Tuesday night:

Noel went down in the second half of the Wildcats' 69-52 loss and was taken to a local hospital. Kentucky later announced that he would be evaluated but it did not have any information as of late Tuesday. He finished the game with eight points, six rebounds and three blocks in 23 minutes.
