2013 NFL Combine results: Dion Jordan, Margus Hunt impress in 40-yard dash

A few of the big boys showed their speed at the combine last week in Indianapolis.

Big men are not supposed to run faster than some of the running backs entering the 2013 NFL Draft, and yet it happened.

At the NFL Scouting Combine last week in Indianapolis, defensive ends Dion Jordan of Oregon and Margus Hunt of SMU absolutely stunned people, running a 4.53 and 4.60 40-yard dash.

Jordan is considered as a tweener between a defensive end and outside linebacker by many NFL general managers, so the speed is all the more important. Hunt is certainly an end at 6'8 and 278 pounds, making his time all the more mind-blowing.

Hunt, originally from the country of Estonia, is considered a potential first-round pick while Jordan is projected to go in the top 10. Jordan dominated for Oregon this year but was overshadowed at times by the Ducks cash-register offense.

In Matthew Fairburn's latest mock for SB Nation, he has Jordan heading to the Cleveland Browns at No. 6 overall, with Hunt not making his way into the top round.
