UCLA wins on Larry Drew II's buzzer-beater

Larry Drew II rescued UCLA from a poor performance against Washington on Thursday with a terrific buzzer-beater.

The UCLA Bruins struggled offensively against an inferior Washington Huskies team for the majority of the evening on Thursday, but Larry Drew II bailed his team out with a buzzer-beating jumper, giving the Bruins a 59-57 victory.

Drew was seemingly unwilling to let any of his teammates take the final shot, as he attempted to shake off three defenders with time winding down. And, upon looking at the field goal numbers for UCLA's other starters over the course of the game, who can blame him?

Travis Wear: 2-for-9
Shabazz Muhammad: 8-for-23
Jordan Adams: 2-for-11
Kyle Anderson: 2-for-8

That's why Drew II, who actually made more than half of his shots in the game, decided to take matters into his own hands:

Thanks to Drew II's heroics, the Bruins improved 17-6 overall, and 7-3 in Pac-12 play.
