VIDEO: Adam Scott is tired of all your stupid Adam Scott jokes

Andrew Redington

Adam Scott is a famous golfer. Adam Scott is ALSO a famous actor who's tired of hearing all your jokes.

Adam Scott, the golfer pictured above who just won the Masters, is fine.

But Adam Scott the actor is pretty much the greatest. So when Adam Scott (the golfer) won the Masters this past weekend, the whole world responded with an avalanche of jokes about Adam Scott (the actor) and obvious jokes about Leslie Knope and Party Down.

"HEY GUYS, ARE WE HAVING FUN YET?" asked 100,000 people at once.

"No, actually," said Adam Scott (the actor).

Apparently, amazingly, Adam Scott (the actor), got tired of the everyone on earth telling him the exact same jokes about Adam Scott (the golfer). So this week he took to Conan to vent about the horrible joke overload.

Video:

His frustration is fair and understandable. The horse is dead. It has been beaten.

On the other hand... This is still much better than talking about actual golf. So with that mind, and as a sucker for stupid jokes that go on way too long, I say we keep all this going until somebody screams "Ice Town bankrupted our city!" at Adam Scott (the golfer) on the 18th hole of the PGA Championship. Then we're done.

Then we succeeded.

Until then...

ADAM SCOTT, WE WILL DRESS YOU IN A GREEN JACKET AND YOU WILL LIKE IT.
