NHL playoffs 2013: Wings, Leafs extend series; Kings finish off Blues

Three teams could have advanced to conference semifinals with wins Friday. The first two to try -- the Bruins and Ducks -- failed to do so when the Maple Leafs and Red Wings both won. The Kings got the job done with a 2-1 win over the Blues. Elsewhere, the Capitals grabbed a 3-2 advantage with an OT win against the Rangers.
