2013 British Open field: Tiger Woods among 156 names set for Muirfield

Tiger may be the early favorite, but Phil Mickelson is coming off a big win, Ernie Els will be looking to repeat, and Adam Scott will be looking to make up for last year's failure.

The 2013 British Open begins on Thursday, with a full field including Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Rory McIlroy and Justin Rose. Ernie Els, who won the event in 2012, will be there, as will Adam Scott, who was in line to win last year before an incredible collapse of four straight bogeys over the final four holes.
