1. Boston Red Sox vs. Tampa Bay Rays

Details: Wednesday, September 11 @ 7:00 PM ET - Tropicana Field - Saint Petersburg, FL

Watch Here: ESPN on XFINITY

Why Watch: Boston may have the AL East on ice, but the Tampa Bays Rays are looking to lock up a Wild Card spot as the season's ending nears. Wednesday night we will see the Rays starter, Alex Cobb, take to the mound. Cobb has been dominant late in the season, tossing quality outing in five of his last six starts. Cobb will attempt to get a win against a Boston lineup he’s yet to defeat this year, as the Red Sox look to insure that they are the favorites of the AL in this year’s Playoffs.

3. Phoenix Mercury vs. Chicago Sky

Details: Wednesday September 11 @ 8:00 PM ET - Allstate Arena - Rosemont, IL

Watch Here: ESPN2 on XFINITY

Why Watch: The WNBA's Rookie of the Year could be decided Wednesday night as the Mercury's Brittney Griner and Sky's Elena Delle Donne take the court. Griner brings a solid low post game and elite shot blocking skills every night, while Delle Donne is a player who can really light it up, scoring 22 or more in four of her last eight games. Look for these two rookies to step up their game on ESPN2, Tuesday night.

3. Arizona Diamondbacks vs. Los Angeles Dodgers

Details: Wednesday, September 11 @ 10:00 PM ET - Dodgers Stadium - Los Angeles, CA

Watch Here: ESPN on XFINITY

Why Watch: One of the NL’s top MVP candidates takes the field against the Dodgers on ESPN Wednesday night, the Diamondbacks' first baseman - Paul Goldschmidt. Goldschmidt is as solid as they come, and has been clutch for Arizona all season, delivering big hits in crunch time. Between Goldy and the Dodgers’ 13-game winning rookie, Hyun-Jin Ryu, this game should be an excellent matchup. Will we see a "golden" performance Wednesday night, or can the Dodgers take care of business at home?

4. PGA Tour: BMW Championship

Details: Thursday, September 12 @ 3:00 PM ET - Conway Farms Golf Club - Lake Forest, IL

Watch Here: Golf Channel with XFINITY

Why Watch: The third leg of the FedEx Cup Playoffs tees off Thursday, meaning the world’s top golfers are faced with fewer and few opportunities to rack up Cup points. With the end of the season coming up quickly, everyone will attempting to play their best rounds this weekend. Round 1 will be used to get a feel for the course, and while play might be conservative, we’ll likely see some low scores. Keep an eye on all of the players as of the field of 70 playing Thursday, will be cut to 30 at the tournament’s conclusion. The slightest mistake could mean the end of their tournament and season! Don't miss the first round at Conway Farms, as the PGA pros lay the foundation for the final stretch of the FedEx Cup.

5. TCU vs. Texas Tech

Details: Thursday, September 12 @ 7:30 PM ET - Jones AT&T Stadium - Lubbock, TX

Watch Here: ESPN on XFINITY

Why Watch: Texas Tech's walk-on freshmen quarterback, Baker Mayfield, has been a surprise star with 780 passing yards and 7 TDs this season. The freshman QB is completing 70-percent of his passes and has yet to turn over the ball. However, TCU’s stingy defense, lead by 2012's Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year, Devonte Fields, will be looking to put an end to Mayfield’s spotless stats sheet, and pickoff a few of his weaker passes. Fields will be playing in his first complete game Thursday night after serving an early season suspension. An explosive offense versus an aggressive defense means we're in store for a great game in Texas!
