Gus Malzahn really has a way of relating to the modern college football player.

Nicki Minaj, Instagram, Twitter, and the SportsCenter app are among the many icons that grace the Auburn Tigers' playcards for tonight's game against LSU.

Whatever play Gus Malzahn was attempting to send in to quarterback Nick Marshall, it appears to be part of the smartphone app/comic book character/popular music icon offense that they rolled out during fall camp.

Malzahn's system for delivering play calls has evolved significantly from the days of prayer poses and allusions to ancient civilizations.
