Struggles on the slopes continue for Bode Miller.

The Men's Super Combined medals were decided on Friday with Team USA's best chances coming from Bode Miller, who was looking to erase a disappointing result in the downhill and retain his Olympic gold. It wasn't to be and Miller will now turn to the Super G to win a medal at Sochi after finishing in sixth place.

Miller's struggles on a difficult downhill course continued when he posted a time of 1:54.67, 12th place entering the second run. Sitting in the middle of the pack meant he would need an excellent run in the slalom if he had any chances of making the podium. This is Miller's weaker discipline and that shined through.

A challenging slalom course caused several skiers to head off course, but Miller managed to stay on the track. It wasn't enough, posting a time of 51.93 in the event and finishing in seventh in the slalom. Team USA saw two other skiers handle the conditions, but neither Jared Goldberg or Ted Ligety threatened the podium, finishing in the middle of the pack.

Switzerland won its first ever combined gold medal when Sandro Viletta climbed from 14th after the downhill following a stellar time of 50.32 in the slalom.

You can find complete results for the Super Combined here, but these are your Top 5 skiers.
