Paul George suffers concussion, but cleared to play Game 3 vs. Heat

Paul George has been cleared by the NBA and will start Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals with no playing time restrictions. The Indiana Pacers' star was diagnosed with a concussion Wednesday, one day after he was kicked in the back of the head by Dwyane Wade in Game 2.
